Blackstar Security was founded in Cape Town, South Africa in early 2015. Blackstar Security aims to provide a full security solution to individuals,
business and communities. Built on the premise that security and safety in our country is in a downward spiral, Blackstar Security strives to be a major
contributing factor in correcting this trend.
We have a big vision of being the market leader in provision of total security solutions. Starting with small communities, Blackstar Security promises to deliver an unparalleled service which will lead us to achieving this goal.
Our staff is well trained and skilled in ensuring the protection of our clients, their families and their assets. We know our staff represent our company on a
daily basis and our code of ethic, company policies and procedures will ensure that they are presentable, efficient and at all times ready to serve and protect our clients. Within legal requirements, our employees will go to all lengths to protect and serve our clients and their communities.
Business Philosophy
At Blackstar Security, we aspire to deliver a prime service to our clients, as required at a competitive market related price. South African statistics show dramatic increase in criminal activities particularly that of home intrusion, theft, murder, kidnapping, rape and hijackings. As we head into negative economic trends, all that can be guaranteed is that levels of crime will rise even further. Whilst there are many security service providers available for clients to choose from, we feel that the market has left a gap for “safe security”. Blackstar Security will fill this space by providing a total security solution which can be relied upon at any time. Our dependable services are managed by ex-police and military staff who have been highly trained in fields which are essential in the security industry.
Whilst we ensure responsible use of all firearms and vehicles, our officers have been instructed and skilled to do anything possible to ensure that our clients and their communities they live in become safe environments.

Community/Neighbourhood security solutions are one of the many innovations created to assist reducing costs of security without compromising on safety. We will ensure that all our staff members are well trained and capable to handle any situation with which they may be presented. They will always be in uniform whilst in trade, with armoured vest and a weapon where required.
Our primary interest is in the safety and security of our clients and the communities they live in. We work hand-in-hand with community policing forums, SAPS and local security initiatives to drive out crime.
